How Is Snoring Treated?
Chronic snoring typically can be alleviated with certain lifestyle changes, like reducing alcohol consumption, losing weight, and sleeping on your side. We may also recommend using a nasal decongestant, oral appliance, or surgery. Depending on your current health, quality of sleep, age, and personal preferences, different therapies may be considered. I started my journey with Crystal Canyon in 2022. Tey are very informative and surgery was scheduled quickly. Well the day came for surgery and found out I had COVID. Surgery was cancelled. I got rescheduled for May of 2023, (this was due to my schedule not Crystal Canyons). When surgery came it went very well, I could not be happier. The results and outcome are life changing. Communication with the office is good. Doctor is attentive and takes time to explain things when you have questions. I definitely recommend and have recommended Crystal Canyon to other friends.
