Dr. Tamarah Fratianni is a board-certified physician who has been in ear, nose, and throat care for the past 20 years in Northern Arizona.
Dr. Fratianni, a California native, earned her medical degree from the Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, CA. She completed her residency at Oakland General Hospital and Botsford General Hospital, affiliates of Michigan State University. Dr. Fratianni has board certification in general ear, nose, and throat care, as well as otolaryngic allergy and facial plastic surgery.

A truly great practice! Everyone there is super knowledgeable and seems to genuinely care about everyone they interact with - both in person and over the phone. I have had surgery through this clinic and have always had exceptional care.
I started my journey with Crystal Canyon in 2022. Tey are very informative and surgery was scheduled quickly. Well the day came for surgery and found out I had COVID. Surgery was cancelled. I got rescheduled for May of 2023, (this was due to my schedule not Crystal Canyons). When surgery came it went very well, I could not be happier. The results and outcome are life changing. Communication with the office is good. Doctor is attentive and takes time to explain things when you have questions. I definitely recommend and have recommended Crystal Canyon to other friends.
Went for hearing loss,1 ear. CCENT made an appintment for next day, took me on time, measured hearing in a sound-proof room, cleaned my ears, found an infection in the ear & nose, wrote a prescription & protocol, all in 30min, no rush, just no wasted time. Hearing’s now better than ever. Thanks!
