Julie Mahoney is a board-certified physician assistant with a passion for aesthetic medicine. She has extensive experience coordinating clinical and surgical care for patients of all ages.
Julie received her bachelor's degree in physician assistant studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Julie then earned a master's degree in physician assistant studies from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. Julie is board certified through the American Association of Physician Assistants and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. Julie is a native of the Chicago, IL area and relocated to Arizona in 2008.
Iris is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She graduated from the University of South Alabama with a clinical master’s degree and from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science in nursing. Iris has specialized in otorhinolaryngology in the surgical setting at Flagstaff Medical Center and clinical settings since 2005. She is pleased to be a member of Dr. Fratianni’s team since 2016.
While Iris is from Pennsylvania, she has lived in many places, including the Pacific Northwest and New Mexico, finally finding her true home in Flagstaff in 2005. Iris is an avid fly fisher (don’t ask her for her “secret” spots!) and enjoys hiking and fishing adventures on Oak Creek and Wet Beaver Creek. She enjoys scuba diving, downhill skiing, and kayaking on the Verde River. She is a loyal Dodgers fan.
