Prescription refill requests may take up to 72 hours to process. You can either request a medication refill by calling our office or you make the request through your pharmacy who will then contact us on your behalf.
Depending on the requested procedure and your specific insurance provider, authorizations can take 5 to 14 business days to process. Please note receiving authorization does not guarantee payment. You must contact your insurance provider for a full list of coverage and benefits under your plan.
